BOTOX® and Dysport® are neuromodulators that can help correct subtle imbalances in the face and improve the look of fine lines and wrinkles. These neuromodulators improve dynamic or active wrinkling especially of the forehead and around the eyes, and can also help with dimpling and wrinkling of the chin and lower face. Over time static wrinkles (those that are always present) can soften and sometimes disappear. These are powerful injections to create a more youthful, refreshed appearance. Most patients repeat their injections every 3-5 months.

Filler is injected to different planes of the face to improve asymmetries and signs of aging. Dr. Culver will help determine your areas of deficient tissue and aging, and together you will develop the best rejuvenation plan using a variety of different products. We offer the full range of both JUVEDERM® and RESTYLANE® products in addition to several other products depending on individual goals and the targeted treatment areas. Dr. Culver treats temples, tear troughs, cheeks, lips, jawlines, and more depending on each patient’s goals. She also offers liquid rhinoplasty. Depending on the area of the face, filler products can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years.

Dr. Culver offers a wide range of lasers to her patients. In the office she performs HALO™ and MOXI™ both of which help with aging skin including pigment, vascular changes and fine lines and texture. These skin rejuvenation lasers lead to a light peel and total recovery of 5-7 days. Usually a series of treatments is planned for optimal results. Dr. Culver also performs a full resurfacing erbium laser treatment for patients looking for a more significant improvement in their skin quality. Smaller areas of treatment can be performed in the office, but full face erbium laser procedures are frequently done in the operating room for patient comfort. The recovery for the erbium laser is more intensive, however the results can be drastic. Together you and Dr. Culver will develop a skin rejuvenation plan best suited for your skin and your goals.

Intense Pulsed Light therapy targets signs of skin aging and sun damage, specifically pigment and vascular changes. BBL (Broad Band Light) HERO™ is the latest technology in IPL therapy and can have significant improvements in skin quality and reduction in the signs of aging. Usually patients schedule a series of treatments for best results. Treatment is not limited to the face; neck, chest, arms, hands and the back can also be treated to target pigment changes and signs of aging. IPL photo rejuvenation can be performed at the same visit as HALO™ or MOXI™ lasers, and these treatments are often combined for optimal improvement.
